MEET THE SPEAKERS: 

Ashley Matthews, MS, RDN, LD CNSC, PMP
Junum

Ashley Matthews has over a decade of experience as a Dietitian. Currently, she is the Head of Clinical Excellence for Junum, a digital health startup that focuses on malnutrition care. Additionally, Ashley has experience in managing clinical nutrition and patient meal services teams, the development of nutrition care policies and procedures, clinical nutrition contracts, nutrition informatics, and patient nutrition standardization. Ashley currently serves on several professional boards. She has been recognized by Georgia State University as one of the Class of 2020 40 Under 40 distinguished alumni and received the 2020 Distinguished Service to Grassroots Efforts Award from the Greater Atlanta Dietetic Association.

Michelle Mathura, RDN, LRD
DM&A
Michelle leads the DM&A Nutrition Division team to provide education, coaching and support to dietitians, Clinical Nutrition Managers, Food Service Directors, physicians, and other members of the patient care team. Michelle is also the owner of Expert Nutrition & Wellness ND, LLC. She has worked in public health, school nutrition, and as a Clinical Nutrition Manger. Michelle holds a B.S. in Food and Nutrition/Dietetics with a minor in Chemistry from North Dakota State University. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and was a Certified Diabetes Educator for over a decade. 
Margaret K. Dittloff, MS RDN
Junum
Margaret Dittloff, MS RD, is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Product Manager with over 20 years of experience in software development for the healthcare industry. She holds a Master of Science in clinical nutrition from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, and a Bachelor of Science in food service management from Iowa State University. Prior to joining Junum in 2019, Margaret was the Research Project Manager at the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She also worked as the Director of Product Management for CBORD’s nutrition/diet office management solutions, as well as numerous management positions in contract foodservice operations from college and university dining to community nutrition programs for seniors.
