Anne Markwell
Advocate Aurora Health, Condell Medical Center
Anne Markwell is a Food & Beverage operator with over 25 years of experience in the restaurant and food-service industry. Anne’s main areas of focus are innovative problem-solving, empowering her team, and positively impacting her local community by working alongside community and healthcare leaders. She has developed successful sustainability programs for independent restaurants, universities, and healthcare foodservice environments. Anne focused on History & Gender Studies at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago.
Tim Schoonmaker
Centra Health
Timothy Schoonmaker is the Corporate Director at Centra Health and is a seasoned foodservice professional with over twenty-five years of service managing non-commercial foodservice operations. Tim is a Certified Executive Chef, Certified Culinary Administrator, and Certified Dietary Manager, along with several other accreditations. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University.
