MEET THE SPEAKERS:

Brian Gallo
Priority Life Care

Brian Gallo is the Corporate Director of Culinary Experiences for Priority Life Care. He is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, and has over 20 years of combined experience in the Hospitality/Healthcare field since graduating. Brian started working for Darden Restaurants as a Corporate level recruiter and business development consultant. In that role he worked on opening new concepts, menu development, new management hires, and most importantly working with struggling concepts to develop them into highly profitable restaurants. He then moved over to Logans Roadhouse where I spent the better part of his career working on the Corporate and then the Operations level. Following those positions, Brian started his journey in Healthcare Dining Services when he began working with Priority Life Care six years ago.  This is where he found his true passion for the value of our services and how impactful our department presence was in the communities. He has had the honor to grow and learn in that role which expanded into stints with Long Term Care Facilities, and eventually as a Regional Culinary Director in Nashville, Tn. In that role Brian had the opportunity to open concepts from the ground level and build solid Culinary Teams that set industry standards.

In his free time, Brian loves to travel, spend with his family, and is an avid sports fan. He grew up in the St. Louis area so he is a diehard St. Louis sports fan and tries and get back to the area often.
