This 30-minute webinar, followed by Q&A will cover the program rules, how to apply, and tips from last year's gold medalist. Presenting on the webinar will be 2023 Culinary Competition Committee chair and 2021 Gold medalist, David Brue, CEC and 2022 Gold medalist, Adam Schloemer, CEC.

About the 2023 Competition
The 2023 AHF Culinary Competition will be held at AHF's Annual Conference on Tuesday, August 8th at the Omni ChampionsGate in Orlando, Florida. We invite you and your culinary team to start thinking creatively about your original recipe using this year's market basket ingredients! The 2023 market baskets are curated based on what's in season in August in Orlando and the surrounding area. Teams will have to meet nutritional and cost requirements in addition to the market basket rules.
